I learnt recently that there is an idea to make a movie - a biopic about MJ: http://www.variety.com/article/vr1118046177?refcatid=4154
I wouldn't say that this idea really thrills me: neither I can imagine an actor for the main part, nor I can imagine an interesting scenario.
I have another idea, though it is for a documentary (producers and directors - heyyy!!! If you need someone for a scenario - I'm available!)
Just imagine it: to gather people who actually knew MJ - his parents, siblings, relatives, friends, employees, ex-wives, kids, business partners, lovers, doctors, accusers, colleagues - those who love and those who hate him - and to ask each of them separately the same list of questions. Rough list of some of what could be asked you may find here: http://acoupleofthoughs.blogspot.com/2011/08/everything-you-wanted-to-know-about.html. Those questions must be very precise!
Isn't it going to be hilarious?!. Just imagine: different people telling completely different things about MJ?!.
I would totally LOVE to watch such a documentary!
Me either :)
ReplyDeleteBy the way, do you know about Frank´s book?
About Frank Cascio's book? Yes, I've read about it. It seems like interesting reading, I hope it will be available online soon.
ReplyDeleteI didn´t read it yet but it seems he more or less confirmed Michael and Lisa´s marriage was a PR. I mean he said that Michael confided him he only married her to please a Saudi prince.
ReplyDeleteI've read only some comments from fans and here are some pieces that I read today: http://www.harpercollins.com/browseinside/index.aspx?isbn13=9780062090065#.TtKpNZW9Ndo.twitter
ReplyDeleteI read also that MJ told Frank that he married both Lisa Marie and Debbie Rowe because of Prince Al Waleed. Frank also wrote that MJ as a father made more sense to him than MJ as a husband.
Once I asked Jason smth. about Lisa Marie, and he said (I hope it wasn't supposed to be a secret) that he got impression that MJ viewed LMP as a trophy.
But only MJ knew what was going on in his head... And only Lisa Marie knows what's going on in her head. Btw, to me she is a difficult person to understand (judging by her interviews).
Oh So Jason did say you that?! In his blog he said that he assumed that Michael maybe had feelings for her.
ReplyDeleteI didn´t want to doubt Michael but Frank had nothing to gain saying it...
Yeah, Jason said that - whatever it means. Of course it would be better to ask Jason himself, I only got impression that Michael and Jason didn't discuss MJ's marriage to Lisa Marie in depth (why would they?..), but MJ thought she was beautiful. Jason said: "my impression was that she was a trophy" and: "He felt that it made him look good to have her". (I hope Jason will not get mad at me for quoting him!)
ReplyDeleteprobably the truth is in the middle: mix of pr and "love"...or what he believed it was love
ReplyDelete@ Anonymous - truth is in most cases somewhere in the middle!
